They are very thorough and meticulous and completely disassemble the wood stove when cleaning it. Furthermore when they finish, we would not even know they were there. They are also prompt and alert me if they are running late

Very professional, after they had left we found that the chimney was not quite clear when I called back they were closed for the day. It took me 2 days to get in touch with them, but when I did they came immediately. They would have gotten all A's if they just would have called me back. All in all it was a good experience
